Axial flux design of brushless dc motor.
Dunker motoren now has mold of brushless dc motor for development. The result is brushless dc motor with high power density and robustness. In order to meet customer requirement with competitive price, Dunker use stacking windings with new axial flux brushless dc motor design.
The new ironless dc motor is BGA 22*22. This design provides the advantage of zero cogging torque. And there is vibration free operation inherent in iron-core designs. The Rare earth permanent magnets and electronically commutated is used in the new brushless dc motor.
