On June 19, 2025, the Trade Union Committee of Changzhou Haosheng Electric Co., Ltd., in accordance with the unified requirements of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, improved the level of the workers' congress. They collectively went to Changzhou Zhongtian Iron and Steel Group to observe the entire process of the first workers' congress of the fifth Zhongtian Iron and Steel Group, and learned a lot.
On June 19, the Haosheng Electrical Trade Union Committee sent Comrade Sun Yaqing to participate in the '2025 Collective Negotiation Work Training Course' organized by Changzhou Wujin (Economic Development) District Federation of Trade Unions, further improving the capabilities and quality of union cadres and collective negotiation instructors.
From June 24th to 26th, the Haosheng Motor Trade Union Committee sent Comrade Sun Yaqing to participate in the '2025 City-wide New Trade Union Cadres Training Course' organized by the Changzhou Federation of Trade Unions and obtain a qualification certificate. Through this training, our company has become familiar with the requirements and procedures of trade union work, and will be able to better serve corporate employees.
